What is CMTY?
CMTY is the Sincere membership. Every account earns points on purchases and engagement, climbs through nine tiers from Member to Silver Lining, and unlocks lifetime discounts, early access and experiences as it goes. Membership is free.
How do I become a member?
Create an account. That is it — you are a Member the moment you register, and you can earn your first points before you buy anything by completing your profile and joining the list.
How do I redeem my points?
Open your dashboard and choose a reward. Points convert to a discount code that applies at checkout. Tier discounts apply automatically once you reach the tier.
What are points pending?
Points from an order show as pending until the order has shipped and the return window has passed. Then they confirm and count towards your tier.
Can I drop to a lower tier?
Tiers are based on points earned over a rolling 12 months. Keep earning and you keep your tier; if a year passes with no activity, you move down one tier — never back to zero.
How do I reach Silver Lining?
You do not apply. Silver Lining is by invitation, offered to a small number of members for what they bring to the CMTY — not just what they spend. Invitations come directly from the studio.

Visit the Support hub or contact us from your dashboard. Gold and above have a dedicated line.
